With Mirko Kimmel and Willi Kusaj, two colleagues celebrate their 30th anniversary this year at PAPUREX – a large compliment for us as an employer. Thus, the two valued employees have not only experienced but co-created three-quarters of the whole company history. Many milestones like the initial certification of the quality management according to DIN ISO 9001, or the introduction of products, which are still important today, have been achieved since then.
Two long-lasting career paths
Mr. Kimmel goes his path in the production department since 1991. He has had a leading role for many years – in the daily business as well as the production planning. The same applies to Mr. Kusaj, who contributes to the company’s success as a shift leader for decades.
A small gesture of thankfulness
During this year’s works meeting, which took part outdoors at the facilities of SV Mörlenbach due to COVID-19 related restrictions, Mr. Kimmel and Mr. Kusaj received a coupon for dinner at Watzenhof as a gesture of thankfulness.
Not a matter of fact
Especially nowadays, in these often fast-living times, such great loyalty is not a matter of fact. Because of that we hope and rely on that both valued employees will stay for many further years.
