The PAPUREX product line offers a wide range of standard and specialty tubing. But that’s not all. Individual Tubing Solutions goes even further. The versatile process of extrusion, combined with the all-purpose plastic polyurethane, opens up a multitude of possibilities.
Variations in Length
(almost) no limitsWould you like to have your Polyurethane Tubing delivered in one continuous length? No problem. We deliver Tubing up to over 1,000 meters in length on wooden reels. If you’d rather not have to cut the Tubing to the correct length yourself, PAPUREX will cut the product to the appropriate dimensions for you. Tubing sections as short as a few millimeters are possible with minimal tolerances. The standard falls between these extremes. As a rule, PAPUREX’s Polyurethane Tubing is wound into 50-meter coils.
Material Additives
for customized propertiesPolyurethane is a highly versatile plastic. By nature, it offers excellent flexibility and superior resilience. In addition, the material boasts high abrasion resistance and many other advantages. If that’s not enough for your specific application, additional specialized properties can be achieved by adding additives. This approach has already led to the development of, for example, antistatic or flame-retardant tubing. Do you need different properties for your application? Special Shapes
für optimierte EigenschaftenPAPUREX doesn’t just manufacture round tubing with a hole in the center. Although adjusting the wall thickness alone can already yield significant improvements, as a tube manufacturer, we go a step further. One example is the kink-resistant KSS tube, which ensures flow even at minimal bend radii thanks to its internal profile. In addition to the KSS, PAPUREX’s product range also includes spiral tubes, multiple tubes, profiled tubes, and spiral wrap tubing.
