flamex hybrid® -water-

As a perfect addition to the flamex hybrid® series, our special tubing for water and other liquid media impresses users with its enormous resistance in difficult working environments. The tubing is made of halogen-free polyurethane and provides reliable protection against weld spatter near welding systems and against flying sparks from grinding machines. In the event of a fire, the material is self-extinguishing, which further increases workplace safety in industry or trade. We were also able to bring the flexibility of our tubing to a new level and raise the bending capacity almost to the level of rubber. All tubing is developed and manufactured in Germany in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management.

With an operating pressure of 8 bar up to 90 °C, the flamex hybrid® -w- special polyurethane tubing covers a wide range of applications – for water as well as for many other liquid media. Our special tubing is available by the meter in various configurations, for example on rolls of 5 meters or more. As part of our standard range, red and green polyurethane tubing with the dimensions 6.00 mm, 8.00 mm, 10.00 mm and 11.00 mm DN is available on a permanent basis – we are happy to produce other sizes and colors on request.

Easy handling: flamex® hybrid -w- tubing fits all standard plug-in connections made of metal or suitable screwed connections made of plastic. Installation is fast, easy and inexpensive. The tubing is 100% recyclable.
