High durability Flame-resistant polyurethane tubing
The versatile durability and high resistance of KKS special tubing enable its use in a wide variety of environments and guarantee a long service life even with above-average workloads. The self-extinguishing and flame-resistant polyurethane tubing is resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, and has good resistance to UV rays and a large number of chemicals, cleaning agents, solvents or other contact agents. The self-extinguishing special tubing is therefore qualified for applications in which flame-resistant materials are required, e.g. in aircraft, in building technology or in rail vehicles.
Suitable for vacuum applications, recyclable & easy to install
The developers at PAPUREX think long-term and always take a holistic approach to special tubing. This means that in addition to the primary functionality, secondary aspects are also taken into account. Accordingly, KKS special polyurethane (PUR) tubing is suitable for operating pressures of up to 8 bar as well as for work areas with a vacuum of up to -0.95 bar, depending on the temperature in each case. In addition, our polyurethane tubing can be used with plug-in connections from all leading manufacturers, which ensures fast and easy installation. Due to the use of sustainable materials, KKS special tubing is 100% recyclable

The self-extinguishing property of our KKS flame-resistant polyurethane pneumatic tubing has been tested by the independent Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® and is approved for use in international aircraft construction, for the Deutsche Bahn railway system and for fulfilment of fire protection requirements for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN 5510-2 and NF F 16-101 (French standard).
