The year 2025 marks the end of the 44th year in PAPUREX’s history. Our company has continued to develop in many areas of business. This began with the establishment of an energy management system that took energy efficiency at the Mörlenbach site to a new level. In addition, the old oil heating system was replaced with an environmentally friendly heat pump system. However, our further development is by no means limited to the environmental sector. Our development team has produced numerous new products over the course of the year. These include the smallest extrudate in our company’s history, as well as the first regranulated tubing made from 100% of our production waste.
Our entire team has put a lot of heart and soul into this development. On the one hand, this is enormous fun for us. On the other hand, it also takes its toll. That is why we would like to give our colleagues the opportunity to relax and spend time with their families over Christmas and New Year. There will therefore be a company shutdown as follows:
- Last shipping day: December 17, 2025
- Our business will be closed from December 20, 2025, through January 4, 2025
- First shipping day in the new year: January 7, 2025
